User Reports Module
The RapidIdentity Portal Reporting Module allows users to access the Audit database to create and view reports, based on the permissions that have been granted to the user. When accessing the Reporting Module the active workspace will be displayed.

The left menu options are My Reports, Shared With Me, and Community. Filter the content to view reports by New, Recent, or Shared reports.
My Reports: Displays reports you have created or imported.
Shared With Me: If a specific user has created a report and specifically shared access with you to the report, the report will be listed in the workspace.
Community: All available reports from the Portal that have been created as templates or for general use will be available to run or to import. Once the report has been imported, it will be displayed in the My Reports workspace.
