User and Group Configuration
In Configuration > Systems > LDAP > User Settings, validate the user attributes, User Base DN, User Object Class, and User Filter.

If an attribute is not available, navigate to Configuration > Systems > LDAP > Global Attribute List and add the required attribute. Then return to User Settings, modify the attributes, and click Save.
Repeat this process for Group Settings.
