RapidIdentity Product Guide


If an issue arises with the RapidIdentity Mobile application, follow these three steps to communicate with Identity Automation Support:

  1. Navigate to the Help menu by clicking the question mark.

  2. Click Email.

  3. An Email message is generated addressed to Identity Automation Support with the mobile device information and a text file containing the application logs. Include any additional information describing the events that took place to help Support understand the issue and then send the Email.
