Sign-Out Request
RapidIdentity does not currently support "Federated" or "Single Sign-Out". Upon receiving a WS-Federation Sign-Out request, only the SSO session at the Identity Provider is destroyed.
Issue a GET to /idp/profile/wsfed with the following parameters.
