Set Primary Account

Multiple accounts can be added to the RapidIdentity app, but one must be designated as the Primary Account on the mobile device within the RapidIdentity mobile app.

  1. To do this, tap and hold the desired account until the Delete and Settings options appear. Tap Settings.

  2. Under Set this as the Primary Account, tap Enable. This account's settings will now control the application's behavior and user options.
