Identity Automation takes security very seriously, and we would like to take a few moments to remind you of a few best practices to follow in order to minimize risk to your Identity Automation Software Appliances.
Keep an eye on our Release Notes for new product information during releases.
Ensure that you are always running the latest and greatest production version of our software.
Ensure the physical security of your appliances.
Use your firewall to only expose what is absolutely necessary; this goes for internal as well as external.
Change the Backup Administrator password. For more information on the Backup Administrator account, contact Identity Automation Support.
If you leveraged our consulting or support services, it is imperative that you disable Identity Automation's VPN access after completion of services.
