Rolling Release Versions
The purpose of the Rolling Release is to make new updates to the RapidIdentity product available to customers and partners faster. These updates can include, but are not limited to, bug fixes, improvements, new features, and security updates.
The Rolling Release frequency intends to be faster than past release versions, which was approximated monthly for bug fixes and quarterly for minor versions to include to new features (e.g. 4.2.4.2.0 to 4.3.4.3.0).
It is possible for Rolling Releases to occur daily, however, daily releases would likely indicate bug fixes, which may not affect the environment based on RapidIdentity licensing.
Rolling Releases are visible in RapidIdentity Appliance and available for upgrade if the current RapidIdentity License matches software included in the Rolling Release.
