In RapidIdentity, agents act as an intermediary between RapidIdentity and an application or service provider to facilitate extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations.
The agents are only used when the APIs provided by the application or service provider and are not directly accessible by the RapidIdentity Linux appliance.
