RapidIdentity Product Guide


The Problems menu displays any issues related to creating, updating, moving, or deleting a folder. The errors will display in the Details pane.


As issues arise within the Problems tab, click the Add Selected to Backlog action button to test for correct processing. If the error occurs again, it will be necessary to validate folder parameters and test again. Repeat this process until the issue is solved.


If the issue is known to not affect downstream Active Directory functionality, the issue can be removed by clicking the Clear Selected Problems action button.
