Long Term Support (LTS) Release Versions
A RapidIdentity Long Term Support (LTS) Release is a RapidIdentity Version that is available for support for up to 12 months. LTS Release Versions occur approximately every 6 months.
There are two primary differences between a Rolling Release and an LTS Release: LTS Releases includes bug fixes and security updates only and the versioning date number includes a trailing digit.
The LTS versioning sequence is formatted as YYYY.MM.DD.N, where "N" is an integer. For example, a future LTS version could be designated as 2018.3.15.0, where the trailing-zero indicates the first LTS version.
A subsequent LTS version that includes bug fixes or security updates but no new features since this date would be 2018.3.15.1.
