Configure RapidIdentity SAML Identity Provider

If there are no Identity Providers listed, RapidIdentity provides an Automatic Configuration option that will provide default settings for use.

  1. From the Configuration module, select Identity Providers. The IdP Configuration workspace will display "No Identity Provider Configuration found."

  2. Click Create New Configuration +.

  3. Select one of the two options from the Identity Provider Configuration Type:

    1. Automatic / Quick Configuration: Enter the domain and optionally the port to be used and click Configure.

      1. The Identity Provider Configuration information will automatically be created based on the domain information provided.

    2. Manual / Advanced Configuration: Enter the Entity ID and the Base URL. Click Configure.
